We may process some of your personal data in the context of providing services based on legal obligations under the legislation governing the activity of the cadastre service providers. In this case, the reasons for processing these data are in line with the legal obligation we have.

2.2. If you are the representative or the contact person, employee or any other collaborator of a client or potential client of CORNEL & CORNEL Topoexim or of a business partner of CORNEL & CORNEL Topoexim

a) Providing cadastral services

We use your relevant personal data to prepare and provide the services you requested from us. In this case, we rely on legitimate interest in providing services in our field of activity and in managing our relationship with our customers as the basis for processing personal data.

b) Communicating with you

We use contact information to communicate with you in connection with your requests and with any other relevant aspects related to the commercial relationship. Also, in this case, we rely on the legitimate interest in providing our services in our field of activity and in managing the relationship with our customers as the basis of the personal data processing.

c) Data processing as a legal obligation in general and taking into account our obligations as a cadastral service provider, in particular

2.3. If you are an applicant for a job / internship

We use the personal data contained in the CVs we receive to assess the qualifications of the applicants for a position within CORNEL & CORNEL Topoexim, including for a position in our stage or internship programs. We base our processing of your personal data on your consent expressed with the transmission of the resume and subsequently based on the conclusion and execution of the contract.

The categories of data processed in the context of our relationship with you are: the name, e-mail address, telephone, fax, address, personal data included in CVs, details of education and training, professional qualifications, and other personal data you could provide directly to us.

2.4. If you are a guest of our headquarters

We use your personal data to ensure the security of our premises, property, staff and other visitors to CORNEL & CORNEL Topoexim. In this case, our data processing is based on the legitimate interest of CORNEL & CORNEL Topoexim, namely the protection of these premises, assets and staff.

4. How long do we store the personal data?

    • We limit the period of time that your personal data are stored to what is required for the processing purposes that have been brought to your attention.
    • We periodically review the need to keep your personal data. We analyze the data collected and processed to filter, sort and maintain processing only for the data for which the purpose of the processing is actual.
    • We delete your personal information:
      • immediately, upon your request, except for the data whose processing / delivery is required by a legal provision, in which case the duration of their storage will be the one stipulated in the applicable law;
      • it is possible for us to keep personal data in case of finding, exercising or defending a right in court.
    • If the storage of your personal data is required for purposes specified by law, we may keep those data.

5. How do we ensure the security of the personal data?

    • We want to keep your personal data safe by implementing appropriate technical measures and appropriate organizational measures.
    • Under the applicable law, we have defined and used internal procedures to prevent unauthorized access and inappropriate use of personal data.
    • We use appropriate systems and procedures to protect and secure the personal data, specifically with a view to preventing unauthorized / unlawful processing, accidental or unlawful loss, accidental or unlawful destruction.

6. Do we transfer personal data outside the EU or the EEA?

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.

7. How can you control your personal data? What are your rights?

  • As individuals, GDPR offers you a number of rights, including:
    • the right to access – allows you to obtain confirmation that your personal data are processed by us and, if so, the relevant details of these processing activities;
    • the right to rectification - allows you to rectify your personal data if they are incorrect;
    • the right to delete - allows you to obtain the deletion of your personal data in certain cases (for example, if the data are no longer needed in connection with the purposes for which they were collected);
    • the right to restrict the processing - allows you to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain cases (for example, when you dispute the accuracy of your personal data for a period of time allowing us to verify such accuracy);
    • the right to object - allows you to oppose to further processing of your personal data under the conditions and limits set by law;
    • the right to data portability - allows you to receive the personal data about you, that you have provided to us, in a structured format, commonly used, which can be read by common computers, or to send this data to another data operator.

We undertake to always handle your requests with the utmost care and to answer any questions you may have as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of valid requests.

Do not provide your personal data to CORNEL & CORNEL Topoexim through other channels of communication, except those mentioned in this policy (e-mail, telephone, fax, headquarters' address), regardless of the person or company that would request them on our behalf, including employees or former employees of CORNEL & CORNEL Topoexim that you have previously known. The personal data transmitted through any other communication channels, except those mentioned in the policy, to any third party, for any purpose, are not the responsibility of CORNEL & CORNEL Topoexim, and the latter can not provide their security.
